Zoo Trip
Today was a much anticipated trip to the Fort Worth Zoo with Papa and Grammie. We debuted the double stroller which worked great. Stanley slept while Sofia walked along side-it has a handle on the side that Sofia was able to hold onto since apparently she is too big to be strapped in or hold our hands.
It has been fun over the past year to see Sofia's reaction to the animals develop-when we first took her she was clueless, now she gets excited and tries to name the animals. The giraffes in particular were her favorite today.
Luckily the weather cooperated and it was a nice cool morning without rain. We enjoyed a picnic lunch next to the new MOLA (Museum Of Living Art) exhibit while watching turtles swim.
